Foundry BC (Free — ages 12–24)

Foundry offers free and confidential mental health and wellness services for youth ages 12–24 in British Columbia and their families. No referrals are needed. Foundry Available in person at centres across BC and virtually through the Foundry BC app. foundrybc.ca

Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre (BC Children's Hospital)

Provides free services, support, and resources for school communities and families navigating children's and youth mental health in BC. Includes peer support, educational events, and a podcast for families. Kelty Mental Health keltymentalhealth.ca

Provides family peer support, helping parents and caregivers navigate mental health and substance use systems, find resources, and take care of themselves. Here to Help familysmart.ca

For referring professionals:

ASCEND accepts referrals from family lawyers, mediators, parenting coordinators, physicians, school counsellors, social workers, domestic violence organizations, and autism organizations.

Particular working knowledge in high-conflict family dynamics, post-separation adjustment, coercive control, betrayal trauma, and parenting neurodivergent children. Services provided under clinical supervision consistent with RTCc (ACCT) credential requirements.
